Tube bending tool Gedore 2963531 for pipes up to 22mm is a hydraulic pipe bender designed for precise bends in soft copper pipes (EN 1057), composite pipes and precision steel pipes. It supports pipe diameters from 10 to 22 mm and produces bends up to 90°. The tool is supplied with seven bending formers and matching counter-supports, a pipe cutter (no. 2250 3) and is delivered in a Gedore L-BOXX® 136 (no. 1100 L).

How to use

Select the bending former that matches the pipe diameter, mount the pipe between the former and the corresponding counter-support, and position the tool to the required bend location. Operate the hydraulic drive to perform the bend up to 90°, monitoring the pipe alignment during the operation. After bending, remove the pipe and, if necessary, trim with the included pipe cutter (no. 2250 3). Follow manufacturer instructions for safe setup and operation.
