Modular tool trolley consisting of units 1110 WM 34, 1110 WM 321, 1110 WMR 23 and 1110 WMHP 3. The trolley can be used as a single mobile unit or as separable portable units, allowing transportation from the workshop to different workplaces. It features six fully extendable drawers designed to accept Gedore 1500 ES/1500 CT modules (four 1/3 modules or two 2/3 modules). One compartment includes a locking device for Gedore L-BOXX® 136 (no. 1100 L) and Gedore S-BOXX® (no. 1110 WMSB 3); these boxes are not included. The construction uses a light and sturdy aluminium–plastic mix, with roller skids and four swivel castors, two of which have a central brake. A wooden worktop is provided for assembly work. The trolley is compatible with Sortimo® vehicle equipment and load securing systems and has passed crash testing. Dimensions: W 789 x D 396 x H 1172 mm.

How to use

Move the trolley as a complete unit on its swivel castors or separate the portable units for individual transport to the workplace. Store tools in the Gedore 1500 ES/1500 CT modules and place them into the drawers (up to four 1/3 modules or two 2/3 modules per drawer set). Secure transport boxes in the designated compartment using the locking device. Use the wooden worktop for assembly tasks and engage the central brake on the castors when the trolley is stationary.

Usage recommendations

For safe and long-lasting operation, avoid overloading drawers beyond the capacity of the supplied modules, lock the compartment when transporting L-BOXX® or S-BOXX® boxes, and engage the castor brakes before performing assembly work on the wooden worktop. Follow vehicle racking manufacturer instructions when integrating the trolley with Sortimo® systems.
