How to use

Set the desired torque using the main N·m scale and the vernier for intermediate N·m values; lbf·ft settings are set via the main scale only. Ensure the vertical scale is aligned and read the scale line directly above the scale to avoid parallax errors. Use the 1/2" ball-lock square drive (or the 3/4" square socket with pin retention where applicable) to attach sockets. Apply torque in the required direction; the jump-off mechanism provides a distinct click and tactile feedback when the preset torque is reached. When finished, place the wrench on a flat surface and rely on the roll-away protection to keep it in place.

Usage recommendations

Store the torque wrench calibrated and with the setting returned to the lower range when not in use. Have the tool periodically checked and re-certified according to DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 if used frequently in professional or critical applications.
