Analog food thermometer GEFU MESSIMO 10–120 °C, stainless steel, black
The GEFU MESSIMO Analog food thermometer measures temperatures from 10 to 120 °C and is intended for checking internal temperatures of poultry, pork, lamb, beef or game. Its compact dimensions (73 × 73 × 130 mm) and screw-in probe design make it suitable for use in cooking and baking to ensure correct doneness and food safety.
The analog display provides an immediate, easy-to-read temperature indication without batteries. The thermometer combines a stainless steel probe with a black housing for durable handling. The 10–120 °C range covers common cooking temperatures for meat and other hot foods.
Push the probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding contact with bone. Read the temperature on the analog dial once the needle stabilizes and set the oven or remove the meat according to the target temperature for the chosen meat type. Clean the probe with warm soapy water before and after use.
Insert the thermometer towards the centre of the cut for an accurate reading; avoid placing the probe near bone or gristle. Do not leave the thermometer in broilers or open flames; follow oven safety practices and clean the probe after each use.
