Air filter regulator with automatic drain GEKO 1/4" (model 100)
GEKO air filter regulator with automatic drain, connection size 1/4" (model 100) combines a particulate and moisture filter with an adjustable pressure regulator to provide cleaner, controlled compressed air for pneumatic systems. It is designed to remove condensate and solid contaminants from compressed air while enabling precise outlet pressure adjustment, helping to protect air tools, actuators and downstream equipment in workshops, garages and industrial compressed air lines.
This unit integrates filtration and pressure regulation into a single compact assembly, reducing installation space and simplifying inline setups. The automatic drain removes collected condensate without manual intervention, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. Transparent bowl or sight glass (where applicable) allows visual monitoring of condensate level. The adjustable regulator knob and clear pressure gauge (if fitted) provide straightforward control and readout of outlet pressure for accurate system tuning.
This filter regulator is intended for light to medium-duty compressed air applications and systems compatible with a 1/4" connection size. It may not be suitable for large-scale industrial installations requiring high flow rates, multiple pressure zones or larger connection sizes. Applications needing specialized filtration grades (e.g., oil-free or HEPA-level air) or corrosive media compatibility should consider dedicated filtration solutions.
Install the unit in the compressed air line with correct flow direction indicated on the body, upstream of air tools or equipment you want to protect. Securely tighten fittings to the 1/4" ports and mount the assembly on a stable surface or bracket if required. Set the regulator by pulling or unlocking the adjustment knob (if applicable), rotating to achieve the desired outlet pressure while monitoring a pressure gauge, then locking the knob. Periodically inspect the bowl for collected condensate and ensure the automatic drain is functioning; if an inline shut-off or isolation valve is present, depressurize before any maintenance.
For reliable operation, install the filter regulator upstream of sensitive equipment, keep the surrounding area free of heavy contaminants, and perform periodic checks of the automatic drain and bowl condition. Replace or service the filter element according to operating hours and contamination levels to maintain consistent air quality and regulator performance.
