Hammer Tacker GEKO Zszywacz 6–10 mm for 24/6 staples
The GEKO Zszywacz Hammer Tacker is a handheld, impact-actuated fastening tool designed for use with 6–10 mm staples (24 series). It delivers rapid, single-handed stapling for applications that require repetitive fastening into materials such as cardboard, thin wood, insulation boards and textiles. The tool combines a simple mechanical action with a compact form, providing a practical solution for construction, upholstery, packaging and DIY tasks where speed and ease of use are important.
The hammer-action mechanism enables fast, successive staples without the need for a trigger mechanism or power source, making it suitable for on-site work and mobile use. Its ergonomic body allows for one-handed operation, reducing user fatigue during extended stapling runs. The design accepts a range of staple lengths within the 6–10 mm range, giving flexibility for different material thicknesses. The robust construction supports repetitive use in workshop or site environments.
Load the appropriate 24 series staples into the magazine following the manufacturer’s feed direction. Hold the hammer tacker comfortably in one hand and position the tool over the material where the staple is required. Deliver a firm, controlled strike by swinging the tool so the impact mechanism drives the staple into the substrate. For thicker materials, use the longer 10 mm staples; for thin materials, select 6 mm staples. Clear any jams before continuing and keep hands clear of the stapling area.
For consistent results, test-staple on a scrap piece to confirm staple length and driving force are suitable for the material. Wear appropriate hand protection and eye protection when using the hammer tacker. Store the tool in a dry place and inspect the mechanism periodically for wear or damage.
