GEKO Sandblasting Gun 7115523 Recovery is a handheld sandblasting accessory with a 1 L recovery tank and an aluminum housing. It removes rust and paint residues in confined or detailed areas while collecting and reusing abrasive material. The kit includes a textile collection bag, four interchangeable blasting nozzles and one kilogram of abrasive supplied in a connected nipple.

How to use

Connect the sandblasting gun to a compressed air source using the 1/4" thread and set the pressure between 3.5 and 5 bar. Fill the recovery tank via the bayonet-style opening and attach the textile collection bag. Select and attach the suitable nozzle for the task, then direct the nozzle at the surface while keeping a consistent distance and motion. The system will collect used abrasive in the tank for reuse.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and respiratory protection, gloves) and ensure adequate ventilation. For best results, use clean, dry abrasive sized for detail work and check the nozzle condition regularly. Do not exceed the recommended operating pressure.
