How to use

Mount the sharpened drill bit in the guide or clamping fixture supplied, select the appropriate sharpening head and grinding disc for the drill diameter, switch the unit on and bring the bit to the rotating disc with light, steady pressure. Move the bit according to the required cutting angle until the edge is restored. Switch off the device and allow the disc to stop before removing the bit.

Usage recommendations

Use personal protective equipment (safety glasses and gloves) when sharpening. Keep the work area free of debris and avoid excessive pressure that may overheat the drill bit; if the bit overheats, cool it in water between passes. Ensure the unit is disconnected from mains before changing discs or sharpening heads.
