Sheet Metal Cutter GEKO 7127892 for Drill — cuts sheet up to 1.8 mm
GEKO 7127892 sheet metal cutter is an attachment for a drill that converts a standard drill into a handheld tool for cutting sheet materials. It is intended for sheet metal cutting with a maximum cutting thickness of 1.8 mm and is suitable for straight and curved cuts. The cutter features a titanium-coated blade and a 360° adjustable cutting angle to accommodate both right- and left-handed users. It is designed for drills with speeds up to 3000 rpm and is compact and easy to mount.
The GEKO 7127892 provides a titanium-coated blade for extended wear resistance and a 360° rotating head for flexible cutting positions. It is compatible with drills up to 3000 rpm, offers easy mounting and compact portability, and allows conversion of a standard drill into a metal cutting tool for on-site and workshop use.
Secure the cutter in the drill chuck according to the drill manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the drill is switched off before mounting. Select an appropriate speed not exceeding 3000 rpm. Position the blade on the workpiece and start cutting with steady, even feed; use multiple shallow passes for thicker or harder materials. Rotate the cutter head to set a comfortable cutting angle for the task and for right- or left-handed operation. After use, remove the attachment and store it in a dry place.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection). Clamp the workpiece securely and avoid excessive side loads on the cutter. For cutting stainless steel or thicker sections, reduce speed and make incremental passes to avoid overheating the blade.
