Bench Grinder GEKO 350W with 200x20x16 mm Wheel for Grinding and Sanding
Bench Grinder GEKO 350W with 200x20x16 mm Wheel for Grinding and Sanding is a compact bench-mounted grinder designed for shaping, deburring and sharpening metal and other materials. It features a 350 W motor that delivers a steady no-load speed and comes with a 200 x 20 x 16 mm grinding wheel available in coarse and fine grains. The unit is intended for small workshops, hobbyists and maintenance tasks where a stable, easy-to-install grinding solution is required.
The GEKO bench grinder offers stable operation thanks to its aluminum housing and a motor power of 350 W. Supplied with two grinding wheel grit options, the machine enables both coarse material removal and finer finishing without changing equipment. Its compact base and bench-mount design provide straightforward installation and consistent rotating speed at idle that supports repeatable results during shaping, deburring and sharpening operations.
Secure the bench grinder to a stable workbench using the base mounting points before connecting to the mains. Fit the supplied 200 x 20 x 16 mm grinding wheels if not already installed and ensure wheel guards and any adjustable eye shields are correctly positioned. Switch on the machine and allow it to reach operating speed before bringing the workpiece steadily to the wheel at the appropriate angle for the intended task. Apply light, even pressure and avoid forcing the workpiece into the wheel to reduce heat build-up and prolong wheel life.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves. Allow wheels to come to a complete stop before making adjustments or changing wheels. For consistent results, use the coarse wheel for rapid material removal and the fine wheel for finishing and sharpening. Maintain the grinder by keeping the work area clean and periodically checking wheel condition and mounting tightness.
