Mixing Paddle GEKO PM-01 120x600 mm M14 thread for mortar and paint mixing
Mixing Paddle GEKO PM-01 120x600 mm M14 thread for mortar and paint mixing
The GEKO Mixing Paddle PM-01 120 x 600 mm with an M14 threaded shank is designed for reliable mixing of mortar, plaster, adhesives and paint. Its robust spiral blade promotes efficient circulation of materials and helps reduce air entrapment during mixing. The paddle fits electric drills and mixers with an M14 connection and is intended for construction, renovation and general-purpose material preparation.
The spiral-shaped blade provides continuous material flow for homogeneous mixes and decreases the amount of trapped air. A 120 mm diameter and 600 mm length balance capacity and maneuverability, enabling mixing of medium to large batches in buckets and mixing containers. The M14 threaded shank ensures a secure connection to compatible drills and mixers, reducing wobble and improving transfer of torque. The metal construction is designed for repeated use with common building compounds.
Attach the paddle to a power drill or mixer with a matching threaded connection and tighten securely according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Insert the paddle into the container with the material, start the tool at low speed to avoid splattering, then increase to the appropriate mixing speed until the mixture reaches a homogeneous consistency. Lift and move the paddle slowly within the container to ensure even mixing and reduce air incorporation. After use, clean the paddle promptly to remove residues and prevent hardening.
Use personal protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection when mixing building compounds. Select a drill or mixer with sufficient power for the viscosity of the material, and avoid prolonged high-speed operation to extend paddle life. Clean immediately after each use and inspect the threaded shank for wear before reattaching to the tool.
