Pneumatic Rivet Gun GEKO G01348 for 2.4–6.4 mm Rivets, 10 pcs Capacity
GEKO pneumatic rivet gun G01348 is a pneumatic tool for installing blind (pop) rivets with diameters from 2.4 mm to 6.4 mm. The tool is driven by compressed air, offering a 10-piece mandrel capacity to reduce interruptions during repetitive fastening. It is supplied by the GEKO brand and designed for tasks that require quick and consistent rivet installation in metalworking, automotive repair, construction and general assembly work.
The GEKO G01348 rivet gun delivers consistent pulling force for blind rivet installation across the specified diameter range and minimizes downtime with its 10-piece mandrel collection capacity. Being air-powered, it provides sustained operation for repetitive tasks without the heating issues typical of electric tools. The tool is suitable for use where accessible, reliable fastening is needed and where compatibility with standard blind rivet sizes from 2.4 to 6.4 mm is required.
This pneumatic rivet gun requires a compressed air source and compatible fittings; it is not suitable for use in locations without an air supply or where only battery-powered tools are acceptable. It is designed specifically for rivets within the 2.4–6.4 mm diameter range, so it cannot be used for rivets outside this size range or for rivet types that require different pulling mechanisms.
Connect the GEKO G01348 to a clean, regulated compressed air supply using appropriate fittings and hoses rated for the operating pressure. Select the correct rivet size and place the rivet body into the nosepiece, then position the rivet in the workpieces to be joined. Squeeze the trigger to pull the mandrel and form the blind head; the spent mandrel will be collected in the tool's mandrel chamber. Periodically empty the mandrel collection chamber and check the nosepiece and jaws for wear to maintain consistent performance.
Use a regulator and inline filter-lubricator to ensure stable air pressure, clean air and basic lubrication. Match the nosepiece and jaws to the rivet size when performing frequent size changes, and wear appropriate eye and hand protection while operating the tool.
