Torque wrench GEKO G10068 1/2" 28–210 Nm with 3 aluminum sockets, Black HD
Hand torque wrench GEKO G10068 1/2" 28–210 Nm with 3 aluminum sockets, Black HD is a mechanical adjustable torque wrench designed to deliver controlled tightening in a wide range of automotive, workshop and maintenance tasks. The tool covers a torque span from 28 to 210 Nm and features a 1/2" drive compatible with standard sockets. Supplied with three lightweight aluminum sockets and a hard-wearing black finish, the wrench is intended for situations where repeatable, accurate torque application is required to protect threaded fasteners and assemblies.
The GEKO torque wrench provides an adjustable, click-type torque setting that helps prevent overtightening by signalling when the preset torque value is reached. Its 1/2" drive offers broad compatibility with common sockets while the aluminum sockets included reduce weight without compromising basic functionality. The Black HD finish increases surface durability and resistance to corrosion in workshop environments. The scaled adjustment allows fine control across the 28–210 Nm range for tasks requiring different torque levels.
Select the desired torque value using the calibrated scale on the wrench and lock the setting if the tool provides a locking mechanism. Fit the appropriate socket onto the 1/2" drive and place it on the fastener. Apply steady force until the wrench emits a tactile and/or audible click, indicating the preset torque has been reached. Release pressure immediately after the click to avoid exceeding the set torque. After use, return the adjustment to the lower range or the wrench's rest position to reduce stress on internal components.
For consistent results, check the wrench calibration periodically and avoid using it as a breaker bar. Use the included aluminum sockets for general fastening; for high-torque or impact-prone applications, consider using appropriately rated steel sockets. Store the tool in a dry environment and avoid exposing it to severe shocks or corrosive chemicals.
