Sandpaper Roll GEKO 115 mm x 3 m P150 Abrasive Cloth Roll
Sandpaper Roll GEKO 115 mm x 3 m P150 Abrasive Cloth Roll
GEKO sandpaper roll 115 mm x 3 m P150 abrasive cloth roll provides a continuous length of medium-fine abrasive for sanding and surface preparation. The roll is 115 mm wide and 3 m long, coated with P150 grit silicon carbide or aluminium oxide abrasive suitable for smoothing wood, removing rough paint edges, sanding primer coats and light rust removal. It is supplied as a flexible cloth-backed sheet that can be cut to length for manual sanding or for use with orbital and detail sanders that accept 115 mm width rolls.
The abrasive cloth roll offers consistent grit distribution across the entire length, enabling even material removal and predictable finish quality. Its cloth backing improves tear resistance and flexibility compared with paper-backed sheets, making it suitable for contoured surfaces and repeated handling. The medium-fine P150 grit balances stock removal and surface finish, reducing the need for frequent grit changes during intermediate sanding stages.
Cut the roll to the required length with scissors or a utility knife, then attach the cut piece to the sanding pad or secure it by hand for manual sanding. Use light to moderate pressure and move the abrasive along the grain on wood or with even strokes on painted surfaces to avoid uneven removal. Replace the abrasive when the grit is clogged or worn to maintain consistent performance. When used with power sanders, ensure the tool accepts 115 mm width rolls and that the abrasive is properly fixed to prevent slippage.
Store the sandpaper roll in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity. For best results on wood, start with a coarser grit if heavy stock removal is needed, then finish with this P150 roll for smoothing and preparing for finishing. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, such as dust masks and eye protection, when sanding to reduce exposure to dust and particles.
