Sandpaper Sheets GEKO 230x280 mm P240 abrasive grit pack (50/100/1000)
GEKO sandpaper sheets 230 x 280 mm with P240 abrasive grit are designed for fine sanding and surface preparation. Supplied in packs of 50, 100 or 1000 sheets, these abrasive papers are intended for smoothing minor imperfections and providing a uniform matte finish on wood, painted surfaces, metal and various plastics. The sheets are compatible with hand sanding and sanding blocks that accept 230 x 280 mm sheets, allowing controlled material removal and feathering prior to finishing or coating.
These P240 sandpaper sheets deliver consistent fine abrasive performance across the sheet surface, enabling even finishing and reduced risk of over-sanding. The 230 x 280 mm format fits many standard sanding blocks and provides a usable working area for both small and medium surfaces. They are suitable for manual sanding workflows and small-scale workshop tasks where controlled, fine grit abrasion is required.
Select the required number of sheets and affix a sheet to a compatible sanding block or hold it by hand for controlled passes. Apply light to moderate pressure and move the sheet with the grain on wood or in even strokes on painted and metal surfaces. Inspect the surface regularly and replace the sheet when the abrasive becomes loaded or worn. For best results before finishing, finish with a clean wipe to remove dust and debris.
Use P240 sheets for final sanding stages where a fine surface is required. When sanding paint or metal, use consistent strokes and avoid excessive pressure to prevent altering surface geometry. Store sheets flat in a dry environment to maintain uniform abrasive performance.
