Sliding T-handle 1/2" 255 mm GEKO model T00153, hardened (10/20) is a hand tool designed for use with 1/2" drive sockets. The 255 mm shaft and sliding crossbar allow the handle to be positioned along the shaft to vary leverage and reach. Hardened construction provides wear resistance for routine workshop, automotive and mechanical tasks while the sliding T configuration enables quick alignment with fasteners and manual torque control.
The sliding T-handle offers adjustable leverage by moving the crossbar along the shaft, giving the user flexibility between high torque and greater reach. Its 1/2" drive interface permits fast and secure socket attachment for a wide range of 1/2" fittings. Hardened material increases durability under repeated use and reduces deformation when working with tight fasteners. The simple design supports one-handed sliding and quick orientation changes without additional tools.
Fit a compatible 1/2" socket onto the square drive and slide the T-bar to the desired position for leverage or reach. Hold the shaft with one hand and push or pull the crossbar with the other to apply controlled torque. To change sockets, withdraw the current socket from the drive and press the new socket onto the square end until it seats. After use, wipe the tool clean and store in a dry place to maintain hardness and reduce corrosion.
Use the sliding T-handle for hand-driven operations only; avoid using cheater bars, impact tools, or excessive force that can exceed the tool's designed manual torque. Inspect sockets and drive connections before each use to ensure secure engagement and reduce risk of rounding fasteners.
