VGA Cable Gembird CC-PPVGA-5M-B, 5m, VGA (D-Sub) to VGA (D-Sub)
The Gembird CC-PPVGA-5M-B is a 5 m VGA (D-Sub) to VGA (D-Sub) cable designed for stable analog video transmission between monitors, projectors and other VGA-enabled devices. Its dual-shielded construction and ferrite core reduce electromagnetic interference for clearer signal transfer, while moulded connectors with long screws ensure secure and durable connections. The cable is black and suitable for both home and office installations.
Dual-shielded design (braiding and foil) combined with a ferrite core provides improved protection against interference. Moulded connectors with long screws increase mechanical durability and secure fastening to devices. The 5 m length gives flexibility in device placement without the need for additional adapters or extenders. Bulk packing makes it convenient for installations and multiple-equipment setups.
Align the 15-pin VGA connectors with the device ports and insert them gently until the connector seats fully. Tighten the long screws by hand (or with a suitable screwdriver if needed) to secure the connection and prevent accidental disconnection. When disconnecting, loosen the screws before pulling the connector to avoid damaging the port or cable. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from strong sources of electromagnetic noise where possible.
For optimal signal quality, avoid running the VGA cable parallel to high-power cables and place the ferrite core near the source of interference when practical. Regularly inspect connector screws and cable integrity in environments with frequent cable handling.
