How to use

Sit on the chair and adjust the seat height using the gas lift lever until your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form approximately a 90° angle. Set the seat depth so the backrest supports your lumbar area and there is a small gap between the seat edge and the back of your knees. Adjust the ExoBase™ lumbar support to one of three positions that feels most comfortable for your lower back. Set the headrest height and angle to maintain a neutral cervical position. Modify the 3D armrests for comfortable forearm support, and use the backrest tilt and lock to choose a working or resting angle.

Usage recommendations
