Rack server Giga Computing G294-Z21-AAP2 2U for AMD EPYC 9005/9004, 8x 2.5" bays, dual 3000W PSUs
Product description is under construction. Specify the parameters, price and delivery options before buying!
The Giga Computing G294-Z21-AAP2 is a 2U rack server engineered for AMD EPYC 9005 and 9004 series processors. The chassis provides eight 2.5" drive bays for dense storage configurations and is equipped with dual 3000W redundant power supplies to maintain continuous operation in critical environments. The server targets data center and enterprise workloads where compute density, storage flexibility, and power resiliency are required within a 2U footprint.
This 2U server design balances high compute capability with compact rack height, enabling efficient use of data center space. Support for AMD EPYC 9005/9004 processors offers a high core-count platform suitable for multi-threaded applications. Eight 2.5" bays provide flexibility for NVMe or SAS/SATA drives in high-density configurations, while dual 3000W power supplies deliver redundant power and support heavy CPU and accelerator loads. The combination of storage density and power redundancy helps reduce downtime and simplifies maintenance in enterprise deployments.
This 2U rack server is optimized for rack-mount data center use and may not be suitable for small office environments or locations without standard rack infrastructure. Systems that require a large number of front-access 3.5" drives or more than eight 2.5" bays will need a different chassis configuration.
Install the Giga Computing G294-Z21-AAP2 into a standard 19" rack using appropriate rack rails and ensure proper airflow and cooling within the rack. Populate the CPU sockets and memory according to the AMD EPYC platform guidelines, and install storage drives into the 2.5" bays as required for the intended workload. Connect redundant power supplies to separate power circuits where possible to maximize fault tolerance. Configure firmware and operating system settings for the chosen storage interface (NVMe, SAS or SATA) and verify RAID or software-defined storage configurations if applicable.
For reliable operation, deploy this server within a managed data center environment with adequate cooling and separate power feeds for each PSU. Use certified memory and storage components that match the EPYC platform requirements and perform regular firmware updates for firmware-level stability and security.
