Grinding set Glob GS20-07 for weld seam grinding with Bosch GWS9-125S grinder – limited edition
Product description is under construction. Specify the parameters, price and delivery options before buying!
Glob GS20-07 is a weld seam grinding set created for preparing and finishing welded joints. The bundle pairs Glob system grinding accessories with a Bosch GWS9-125S angle grinder supplied in the limited edition package to deliver a ready-to-use solution for grinding, smoothing and beveling weld seams on steel and other ferrous metals. The kit targets professional welders and metalworkers who need controlled material removal, consistent seam geometry and reliable attachment between the grinding tooling and the grinder.
The set combines purpose-designed Glob accessories with the Bosch GWS9-125S, providing an integrated approach to seam preparation and finishing. This pairing reduces setup time compared with sourcing parts separately and offers consistent contact geometry for repeatable grinding results. The limited edition package includes a compatible grinder which ensures proper power, RPM range and usability for common seam grinding tasks.
This set is designed for weld seam work on steel and similar ferrous metals; it may not be optimal for delicate non-ferrous materials such as aluminium without adjusting abrasive selection and feed rates. For precision finishing at mirror-polish levels or for very tight-radius internal features, specialized polishing systems or smaller, lower-speed tools may be preferable.
Install the appropriate Glob system grinding accessory on the Bosch GWS9-125S according to the accessory instructions, ensuring all mounting flanges and fasteners are tightened and the grinder is unplugged during assembly. Select the correct abrasive or grinding head for the material and desired finish. Operate the angle grinder at controlled feed rates, maintaining a steady contact angle to achieve even weld removal and avoid gouging. Allow the tool to cool between extended passes and use progressively finer abrasives if a smoother finish is required.
Use appropriate PPE at all times, secure workpieces before grinding, and follow grinder and accessory manufacturer safety instructions. Start with coarser abrasives for bulk weld removal and finish with finer grits for smoother results. Regularly inspect accessories for wear and replace consumables to maintain consistent performance.
