HDMI Cable Goobay 60625 7.5m Type A Male 2.0 18 Gbit/s Black
The Goobay HDMI Cable 60625 is a 7.5 m HDMI Type A to Type A cable designed for transmitting high-definition audio and video signals. Supporting HDMI 2.0 with a transfer rate of 18 Gbit/s, the cable is compatible with 3D formats and Audio Return Channel (ARC). Gold-plated connectors and a black outer jacket provide reliable contact and a neutral appearance for home entertainment and professional display setups.
The cable's HDMI 2.0 support and 18 Gbit/s bandwidth enable transmission of high-resolution video and multi-channel audio between devices. Gold-plated HDMI Type A male connectors reduce contact resistance and help maintain signal integrity over the 7.5 m length. The standard Type A connectors on both ends ensure broad compatibility with TVs, projectors, monitors and consumer electronics that accept full-size HDMI connections.
Identify the HDMI Type A ports on both source and display devices. Insert one HDMI Type A male connector into the HDMI output of the source device and the other connector into the HDMI input of the display or audio device. Ensure connectors are fully seated; finger-tighten any retaining features if present. Power on connected devices and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. For ARC functionality, enable ARC in device menus and use the TV's corresponding HDMI ARC port.
For best performance, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks along the 7.5 m cable run and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources such as large power supplies or unshielded power cables. When connecting devices that require ARC, use the HDMI port labelled ARC on the display and confirm ARC is enabled in both devices' settings. If long runs are required beyond this length, consider a signal booster or active HDMI solution to maintain signal integrity.
