Goobay HDMI Cable 7.5m Type A Standard Male Male Gold Plated
Goobay HDMI Cable 7.5m Type A Standard Male Male Gold Plated
The Goobay HDMI Cable 7.5m Type A Standard Male Male Gold Plated is a 7.5 metre HDMI connection cable designed to link TVs, monitors, projectors and AV receivers. It has HDMI Type A connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts to support reliable signal transmission. The cable supports a data transfer rate of 10.2 Gbit/s and includes an Audio Return Channel (ARC) to carry audio from a TV back to an AV receiver or soundbar. The white jacket gives a discreet, modern appearance for living rooms, offices and conference spaces.
The gold-plated contacts improve resistance to corrosion and help maintain stable electrical contact over time. At 7.5 m length, the cable permits flexible device placement without the need for extension adapters. With support for a 10.2 Gbit/s transfer rate and ARC functionality, the cable handles common high-definition video and audio setups while minimizing cable clutter thanks to its single-cable connection.
Plug one HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI output of your source device (such as a Blu-ray player, game console or set-top box) and plug the other connector into the HDMI input of your display device (TV, monitor or projector). If you want to use the ARC function, connect the cable between the TV HDMI ARC input and the AV receiver or soundbar HDMI ARC input and enable ARC in both devices’ settings according to their manuals. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and avoid sharp bends near the connector ends to preserve signal integrity.
For optimal results, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources (large power supplies, fluorescent lighting ballasts) and avoid tightly coiling the cable. For long-term installations, secure the cable with clips or ties at intervals to prevent strain on the connectors.
