This Goobay 79577 wire connector with IDC (insulation displacement contact) technology provides a compact, toolless solution for joining, extending, repairing or rerouting Cat6 and Cat6A data/LAN cables. The connector eliminates the need for bulky junction boxes by allowing an eight-wire connection inside a fully shielded die-cast zinc housing with strain relief on both sides. Its small footprint makes it suitable for installation in cable ducts and confined spaces.
