GOOBAY 93370 is a 5 m VGA (D-Sub) to VGA (D-Sub) cable designed to connect computers, laptops, monitors, projectors and other devices equipped with standard 15-pin VGA ports. The cable transmits analog RGB video signals and includes shielding and ferrite cores to reduce electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for desktop setups, meeting rooms and AV installations that require reliable analog video transmission over longer distances.
The cable features gold-plated, corrosion-resistant 15-pin connectors and finger screws for secure mechanical attachment. Individual shielding for the three coaxial RGB lines plus an overall double-shielded design and ferrite cores on both ends improve signal integrity and reduce noise. At 5 m length the cable provides extended reach for flexible device placement while maintaining support for common high-resolution displays.
Connect one end of the VGA cable to the VGA output of your computer or graphics card and the other end to the VGA input of the monitor or projector. Tighten the finger screws on both connectors to ensure a stable mechanical connection. Select the appropriate input source on the display device and configure the display resolution in your operating system if necessary. For optimal image quality, choose a supported resolution and avoid excessive bending or kinking of the cable.
For best results, route the cable away from power lines and large sources of electromagnetic interference. Use the ferrite cores and the cable shielding to maintain signal quality over the 5 m length; if longer runs are required, consider using signal boosters, active VGA extenders or a digital connection such as HDMI or DisplayPort where supported.
