How to use

Prepare the Cat5 UTP cable by stripping the outer sheath to expose the four twisted pairs and untwist pairs only as much as needed for termination. Insert each conductor into the corresponding slot of the LSA termination according to the wiring scheme being used (T568A or T568B). Use an appropriate LSA punch-down tool to press the conductors into the IDC contacts and trim excess wire. Once terminated, snap the keystone jack into the desired faceplate, patch panel or module housing and connect patch cords as required to complete the network connection.

Usage recommendations

Keep untwist length minimal to preserve signal integrity and follow standard wiring schemes for consistent network performance. Use a proper punch-down tool for reliable IDC terminations and verify connections with a cable tester after installation.
