The GoPro Carbon Fibre Extension Pole 1m is a lightweight, durable extension pole designed for mounted and handheld camera use. Constructed from premium carbon fiber, it extends to 40 in (1 m) for invisible-pole shots with 360 cameras and collapses to 10 in (25 cm) for compact transport. The base includes steel-reinforced 1/4-20 mounting threads for secure attachment to vehicle mounts, ski pole mounts and other higher-vibration gear. The pole includes an anti-slip grip and is compatible with all GoPro cameras. Included in the package are the carbon fiber pole, mounting finger adapter, thumb screw and wrist lanyard. How to use

Unlock and extend the pole to the required length, then tighten any locking mechanisms to secure the sections. Attach your camera or adapter using the 1/4-20 thread or the supplied mounting finger adapter and secure with the thumb screw. Use the anti-slip grip and wrist lanyard for better control during movement. When finished, collapse the pole to its compact size for storage and transport.

Usage recommendations
