The Gorenje BO6735E05B is a built‑in electric oven with a 77 L net capacity that uses the full oven width to provide more usable space on each baking tray. It features rotary and touch controls, an electronic clock, halogen top lighting and multiple specialized cooking programs for even results and flexible meal preparation.
BigSpace design increases interior usable volume while maintaining a standard external footprint, allowing larger dishes and more items per tray. DynamiCooling+ (DC+) manages heat of the oven exterior to reduce surface temperature during and after high‑temperature cycles. FastPreheat raises the oven to 200 °C in approximately 5 minutes for faster start of baking. Additional functions such as FrozenBake, GentleBake and Gratin deliver optimized settings for frozen goods, slow/tender cooking and browned crusts. GentleOpen and GentleClose provide softly damped door movement for quiet operation.
Select the desired cooking program (for example FastPreheat for quick preheating, FrozenBake for frozen items, GentleBake for slow tender cooking or Gratin for browning). Set the temperature and time using the rotary and touch controls and confirm with the electronic clock/timer as needed. Place food on appropriate racks or trays taking advantage of the larger internal width; use single‑level settings for GentleBake to retain moisture. After high‑temperature cycles such as pyrolytic cleaning, allow the DynamiCooling+ system to lower the external surface temperature before handling the oven exterior.
For even results, preheat using FastPreheat when recipes require a fully heated oven. Use FrozenBake directly from frozen without thawing for best texture, and select GentleBake for thicker cuts of meat or delicate pastries to preserve moisture. Avoid placing cookware that blocks ventilation openings to ensure proper convection performance.
