The Gorenje BOS6747A01BG is a built-in electric oven with a 77 L net capacity, touch controls and a black finish. Designed for built-in installation, it combines a large interior (BigSpace) with user-friendly functions such as AutoBake automatic programs, FastPreheat for quicker preheating, ExtraSteam for improved bread baking, FrozenBake for frozen foods and a self-cleaning pyrolytic cycle. The CoolDoor construction and DynamiCooling+ (DC+) system help keep the exterior cooler and reduce energy loss while maintaining safe operation.
This oven offers a spacious 77 L cavity that makes better use of the interior width for XXL recipes and even baking on multiple levels. AutoBake provides 22 pretested automatic programs that allow reliable results without advanced knowledge; FastPreheat reaches up to 200 °C in about 5 minutes; ExtraSteam adds steam for higher rise and crisp crusts when baking bread; FrozenBake simplifies baking from frozen; and pyrolytic cleaning removes residues at high temperatures. The CoolDoor glazing and DC+ cooling system reduce heat transfer to the exterior, improving safety and minimizing heating of the kitchen.
For automatic cooking select the AutoBake program, enter dish type and weight if prompted, then press Start—the oven will set the appropriate mode and time. To use ExtraSteam, pour water into a shallow tray, place it in the oven and select the ExtraSteam program before starting. Use FastPreheat when a preheated oven is required; wait for the light and sound signal indicating the target temperature (up to 200 °C). For frozen foods select the FrozenBake program. After heavy use, run the pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle according to the manual and remove any ash residue when the oven has cooled.
Use cookware suitable for oven temperatures and avoid placing food directly on the door. For best results with Multi-level baking, rotate trays if needed and follow recipe instructions for rack positions. Allow the oven exterior to cool after pyrolytic cleaning before touching or removing residues.
