How to use

Place the Graef Master M 80 on a stable, level surface and connect to a 230 V mains supply. Mount the carriage and tray if removed, position the food on the carriage and set the desired slicing thickness using the thickness control (0–20 mm). Switch the machine on, guide the food with the food holder across the rotating 170 mm steel blade, and use steady, even movement to obtain consistent slices. After use, switch off and unplug the slicer before removing the blade cover plate, carriage and tray for cleaning according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Usage recommendations
