The Graef MS802 automatic milk frother produces delicate, barista-style foam and heats milk for various coffee drinks. How to use

Pour the desired amount of milk into the removable glass jug, observing the fill-level markings. Place the stirring paddle in the jug if frothing is required and set the jug on the 360° base. Use the touch display to select one of the five programmes (voluminous foam, creamy foam, warm milk, hot chocolate or cold frothing) and start the process. The appliance will automatically stop when the programme ends. After use, remove the jug and stirring paddle for cleaning; the glass jug is dishwasher-safe.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use fresh, cold milk and select the programme that matches the desired texture: voluminous foam for cappuccino, creamy foam for caffè latte and cold frothing for iced drinks. Do not exceed the indicated maximum volumes and clean the glass jug and paddle after each use to maintain performance.
