How to use

Fill the kettle through the removable lid up to the required level, place it on the 360° base and set the desired temperature using the rotary control. The current water temperature is displayed while heating. For timed brewing, press and hold the dial for three seconds to start the brewing timer. After the water reaches the set temperature the keep-warm function will maintain temperature for approximately 30 minutes if enabled. Use the switch on the base to toggle the keep-warm mode, change temperature units, or mute the warning tones.

Usage recommendations

For optimal extraction when making pour-over coffee, heat water to the recommended temperature for your coffee type and pour slowly in circular motions with the swan-neck spout. To extend the life of the kettle, descale regularly according to water hardness and clean the removable limescale filter. Avoid overfilling and follow safety instructions regarding dry-boil and overheat protection.
