Electric food slicer Graef STYLE TWIN S12022 — 170 W, max slice 20 mm, black metal
Graef STYLE TWIN S12022 is an electric food slicer designed for home and small commercial kitchens. The compact black metal unit measures 240 × 343 × 260 mm and features a 17 cm stainless steel serrated blade driven by an energy-saving motor with a rated range of 45–170 W. The slicer provides an infinitely variable thickness control up to a maximum of 20 mm, a child safety lock for safe handling and cleaning, and a leftover holder for stable, waste-reducing slicing. The machine combines German manufacture and robust metal construction with a stylish self-supporting glass base plate and an optional TWIN configuration with an additional blade.
The STYLE TWIN S12022 offers precise, even cuts thanks to its serrated stainless steel blade and guided carriage system, which reduces friction and allows food to glide smoothly past the blade. Infinitely adjustable slice thickness from 0 to 20 mm ensures flexibility when slicing meat, cheese or bread. The compact metal housing and glass base plate give the unit stability and a premium appearance while the child safety lock and leftover holder improve operational safety and reduce food waste. The TWIN option provides an additional blade for extended versatility.
Place the Graef STYLE TWIN S12022 on a stable, level surface and ensure the unit is unplugged while assembling or adjusting components. Mount the food on the carriage and secure it with the leftover holder. Set the desired slice thickness with the infinitely variable dial (0–20 mm). Plug in the slicer, engage the motor and guide the food smoothly along the carriage past the blade, keeping hands away from the cutting area. After use, switch off and unplug the device before removing food remnants and cleaning. Use the child safety lock when the slicer is not in operation or during cleaning to prevent accidental activation.
For consistent slices, refrigerate meats and cheeses briefly before cutting so they are firm. Clean blade and carriage components after each use following the manufacturer's cleaning instructions to maintain cutting performance. Use the leftover holder to reduce waste and always engage safety locks when handling or storing the unit.
