IP Phone Grandstream Networks GRP2602G Black
The Grandstream GRP2602G is a carrier-grade 2-line IP phone in a compact black design, equipped with a 2.41" LCD (132 x 48) and engineered for zero-touch provisioning and centralized management. It supports next-generation features such as 5-way voice conferencing, full HD audio on both speaker and handset, multi-language menus, and compatibility with common EHS headsets. The model offers carrier-grade security with secure boot, dual firmware images and encrypted data storage, and is manageable through Grandstream’s Device Management System (GDMS) for large deployments. Its size and feature set make it suitable for on-site and remote desktop workers in enterprise, service provider, and high-volume markets.
The GRP2602G provides easy mass deployment via zero-touch provisioning and centralized GDMS management, ensuring consistent configuration across many devices. It delivers clear voice quality with full HD audio on both handset and speaker and supports 5-way conferencing to facilitate group calls. Carrier-grade security features protect firmware and stored data, while EHS compatibility with Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser headsets increases flexibility for headset users.
Connect the GRP2602G to your IP network and power it via the supported method for this model (refer to your variant for PoE or external power). Use GDMS or the phone’s web interface to provision SIP accounts and apply configuration templates. Place calls using the handset, speakerphone or a compatible EHS headset; use the on-screen menu to access call features, conferencing and audio settings. For bulk deployments, enable zero-touch provisioning so devices automatically fetch configuration from your provisioning server at first boot.
For secure operation in enterprise or provider networks, ensure GDMS is used for centralized provisioning and firmware management, keep firmware updated, and configure encrypted transport (TLS/SRTP) for SIP signaling and media where supported.
