Drill bit set GRAPHITE 55H075 — 7 pieces, steel
GRAPHITE 55H075 — 7-piece steel drill bit set contains precision HSS bits in a range of small diameters for general drilling and fine work. The set includes seven high-speed steel drill bits suitable for drilling in thin sheets of wood, soft metals, alloys and plastics where small, accurate holes are required. Intended as accessory bits for power drills and mini grinders, these bits offer straightforward replacement options for workshop and home tasks requiring detailed drilling.
The bits are made of high-speed steel (HSS) to provide basic durability and cutting performance for small-diameter drilling. A selection of seven diameters from 0.8 mm to 3.2 mm covers common precision drilling needs. Compact and lightweight, the set is convenient to store and carry and is compatible with standard 3.2 mm chucks used on many rotary tools and power drills.
Select a drill bit of the required diameter and secure it in the drill or rotary tool chuck with the 3.2 mm shank seating firmly. Use appropriate rotation speed for small HSS bits—moderate to high speed for wood and plastics, and lower speed with steady feed for metal to avoid overheating. Apply light, steady pressure and allow the bit to cut without forcing. For metal work, use cutting fluid or lubricant where applicable to prolong bit life. After use, clean the bits of debris and store them in their case or a dedicated holder to prevent damage.
Wear appropriate eye protection when drilling. For prolonged drilling in metal, use a suitable cutting lubricant and pause periodically to avoid overheating. Match drill speed and feed rate to the material: higher speeds for soft wood and plastics, lower speeds and steady pressure for metals. Replace worn or damaged bits to maintain hole quality.
