Diamond Hole Saw 12 mm M14 GRAPHITE 55H303 for drilling hard materials
Diamond Hole Saw 12 mm M14 GRAPHITE 55H303 for drilling hard materials
Diamond Hole Saw 12 mm M14 GRAPHITE 55H303 is a diamond-coated circular cutting bit designed for drilling precise 12 mm diameter holes in very hard materials. The tool accepts an M14 threaded arbor and is intended for use with angle grinders and compatible rotary tools. Its diamond edge and segmented design deliver accurate round holes with minimal chipping, making it suitable for tasks that require clean openings in ceramic, porcelain tile, glass and natural or engineered stone.
The diamond cutting surface provides fast penetration and durable wear resistance for repeated use on hard surfaces. The 12 mm diameter yields a small, precise hole suitable for fittings and anchors, while the M14 thread ensures secure mounting on standard angle grinders and many rotary tools. The design reduces edge chipping and helps maintain the integrity of fragile materials during drilling. Cooling and dust removal are optimized by the saw’s geometry, which supports controlled cutting and longer tool life.
Mount the diamond hole saw securely onto an angle grinder or rotary tool with an M14 arbor. Mark the drilling location and, where possible, support the workpiece to reduce vibration. Start drilling at low speed to establish the cutting position, then increase speed steadily while applying light, even pressure. Use intermittent drilling and, for demanding materials, periodically cool the cutting edge with water to reduce heat buildup and extend tool life. Avoid excessive force and allow the diamond edge to cut progressively.
For best results on tiles and glass, keep the cutting area wet and use moderate speed to prevent cracking. When drilling countertops or natural stone, support the underside of the material and use progressive pressure. Inspect the diamond edge before use and replace the saw when cutting performance declines to avoid damage to the workpiece.
