Circular saw blade GRAPHITE 55H545, 1 pc, weight 204 g
Circular saw blade GRAPHITE 55H545, 1 pc, weight 204 g
GRAPHITE 55H545 is a single circular saw blade supplied as one piece with a net weight of 204 g. The blade has an outside diameter of 165 mm, an internal bore of 30 mm and 40 carbide-tipped teeth designed for higher cutting speed. Its tooth geometry and carbide (HM) tips make it a universal replacement blade for circular saws, suitable for a wide range of materials from wood and composites to non-ferrous metals and plastics.
The special FWF tooth design and a broad body area increase strength and durability while carbide tips maintain cutting performance over extended use. Compensation cuts in the blade reduce noise during operation and the widened gullets improve stability and accuracy of cuts. The blade is constructed to provide clean, consistent cuts across different materials and does not require changing when switching between common workpiece types.
Install the GRAPHITE 55H545 blade on a compatible circular saw following the saw manufacturer's mounting instructions, ensuring correct flange orientation and secure fastening. Verify that the bore fits the arbor and that the blade rotation direction matches the saw's rotation indicator. Select an appropriate feed speed and cutting depth for the material; maintain firm workpiece support and keep hands clear of the blade path. Allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the cut and avoid forcing the blade through the material to preserve tooth life.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection and gloves) and, where possible, connect dust extraction. For best results, adjust feed rate and saw speed according to material hardness; clean and inspect the blade regularly and replace it when carbide tips are worn or damaged.
