Circular saw blade GRAPHITE 55H693, 1 pc, weight 610 g
GRAPHITE 55H693 is a single circular saw blade supplied as one piece with a net weight of 610 g. The saw blade has an outside diameter of 235 mm and is manufactured from C50 special steel with improved resistance to wear and warping. It is fitted with tungsten carbide teeth arranged in an ATB (alternate top bevel) geometry designed for rough cutting of solid wood and wood-based materials including plywood, chipboard and MDF. Reduction rings are included to adapt the blade to a variety of circular saw arbors and ensure compatibility with many common saw models.
The C50 special steel body provides dimensional stability and higher resistance to deformation during heavy-duty use, while tungsten carbide teeth extend cutting life and maintain sharpness longer than standard steel teeth. The ATB tooth geometry delivers clean rough cuts in wood and wood-based panels and reduces splintering at the cut edge. Inclusion of reduction rings increases the blade’s versatility by enabling fitment on different arbor diameters.
Before fitting the blade, disconnect power to the saw and consult the saw manufacturer’s instructions for blade replacement. Use the supplied reduction rings to match the blade to the saw arbor diameter, then securely fasten the blade according to the saw’s clamping method. Select an appropriate saw speed and feed rate for the material—use slower feed for harder materials and ensure the workpiece is clamped or supported. Inspect the blade for damage before each use and replace if teeth are chipped or the body is warped.
Use personal protective equipment including eye and hearing protection and follow safe sawing practices. For best results on plywood and laminated surfaces, score the cut line or use a sacrificial backing board to minimize tear-out. Regularly clean resin and pitch from the carbide teeth and perform periodic sharpening or replacement when cutting performance declines.
