Sandpaper sheets GRAPHITE 115 x 280 mm K60 with holes, pack of 5

Pack of 5 GRAPHITE sandpaper sheets measuring 115 x 280 mm with K60 grit and dust-extraction holes. These abrasive sheets are intended for medium-to-coarse material removal on wood, metal and painted surfaces. The format and hole pattern suit orbital and detail sanders that accept 115 x 280 mm sheets with dust extraction, making them practical for surface preparation, paint and rust removal, and initial smoothing prior to finer sanding or finishing.

Advantages

The K60 grit provides fast material removal while maintaining control over the workpiece; the open-hole pattern supports dust extraction to reduce clogging and improve abrasive life. Sheets are cut to a common 115 x 280 mm format to ensure compatibility with many orbital and detail sanders. Supplied as a pack of five, they offer multiple replacements for repeated tasks and small projects without the need to buy single sheets individually.

Suitable for

• Removing old paint and varnish from wooden surfaces
• Stripping rust or scale from metal parts
• Preparing rough surfaces before filling or priming
• Shaping and initial smoothing of softwoods and composite materials
• Use with orbital or detail sanders that accept 115 x 280 mm sheets with holes

Key specifications

• Sheet dimensions: 115 x 280 mm
• Abrasion grade: K60 (medium-coarse)
• Perforation: dust-extraction holes compatible with hole-pattern sanders
• Quantity: pack of 5 sheets
• Suitable materials: wood, metal, painted surfaces

How to use

Attach the sandpaper sheet to a compatible orbital or detail sander following the tool manufacturer's instructions, aligning the dust-extraction holes with the sander's pad. Start with light pressure and increase as needed to achieve efficient material removal while avoiding gouging. Move the sander evenly across the surface and check progress frequently; replace the sheet when abrasive performance drops or the holes become clogged. For hand sanding, use steady, even strokes and monitor the surface to maintain an even finish.

Usage recommendations

Use K60 sheets for initial aggressive sanding and paint or rust removal; follow with finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Employ dust extraction where possible to extend sheet life and maintain a cleaner work area. Store sheets flat in a dry environment to prevent warping and preserve abrasive performance.
