Sandpaper Cloth 230 x 280 mm K80 GRAPHITE 55H876
GRAPHITE sandpaper cloth 230 x 280 mm with K80 grit is an abrasive sheet designed for medium-coarse sanding tasks on wood, metal and painted surfaces. The cloth backing provides flexibility and durability for both manual work and machine-assisted sanding. Intended for material removal, edge blending and surface preparation, this sanding cloth fits clamps or sanding blocks of corresponding dimensions and maintains performance during repeated use.
The cloth backing combines tensile strength with flexibility to conform to curved or irregular surfaces while resisting tearing. K80 grit delivers effective material removal without excessive clogging, allowing consistent abrasion on paint layers, rust, or rough wood. The product’s dimensions are suited to standard handheld sanding blocks and many machine clamps, providing a balance between coverage and easy handling. The abrasive maintains its shape during moderate pressure sanding and can be used wet or dry depending on the task.
Select the sandpaper cloth and attach it to an appropriate sanding block or clamp for secure handling. When working by hand, hold the block firmly and move with even strokes along the grain on wood or across the surface on metal, using moderate pressure. For machine-assisted sanding, ensure the cloth is compatible with the machine and secured correctly; follow the machine manufacturer’s speed and safety recommendations. Replace the cloth when the abrasive becomes smooth or clogged to maintain consistent results.
Use protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask. Test on a small area to confirm the effect on coated surfaces. For final smoothing or delicate surfaces, progress to finer grits after initial K80 sanding. Store in a dry place to preserve abrasive properties.
