How to use

Cut the sheet to the required size if necessary and attach it to a sanding block or the platen of an orbital sander compatible with sheet format. Use light to moderate pressure and move the sheet or tool along the workpiece with the grain of the wood where possible. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases or the surface becomes clogged. For mechanical sanding, follow the tool manufacturer's speed and pressure recommendations to avoid damage to the abrasive or the workpiece.

Usage recommendations

For best results on wooden surfaces, start with a coarser grit when removing material and progress to P220 for final smoothing and preparation for finishing. Keep the sheet clean of dust and debris to prolong service life and change sheets if clogging reduces cutting ability. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust mask and eye protection when sanding.
