Manual sanding supply GRAPHITE 55H899 for wood, 150 mm width, 4.28 kg, 1 pc
GRAPHITE 55H899 manual sanding supply for wood is a single-piece sanding accessory intended for controlled, hand-guided abrasion and surface preparation of wooden parts, edges and panels. The unit features a working width of 150 mm and a net weight of 4.28 kg. Supplied as one piece per pack, it is designed to support manual sanding tasks where precision and adaptability to contours are required.
This GRAPHITE sanding supply is made with a very flexible latex paper backing that conforms to the shape of the workpiece, improving contact and control during hand sanding. The abrasive sheet uses a close coating with 100% surface coverage by abrasive grain, which enhances durability and provides consistent sanding results. The product’s granulation and flexible backing make it suitable for wet sanding applications and finish preparation.
Select the GRAPHITE 55H899 sheet appropriate for the task and, if required, soak briefly for wet sanding according to the finish manufacturer's instructions. Install or hold the sheet securely to maintain consistent contact with the wooden surface. Move the abrasive with steady, controlled strokes along or across the grain as needed to achieve the desired level of material removal or surface smoothness. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases to avoid uneven sanding marks.
For best results with varnish and paint layers, use the P120 abrasive in combination with clean water when performing wet sanding, and keep the sanding surface and sheet free of debris. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves, eye protection and a dust mask when performing dry sanding. Store sheets flat in a dry place to preserve the flexible backing and ensure consistent performance.
