GRAPHITE 55H935 sanding discs are designed for use with rotary and orbital sanders on wooden surfaces. Each disc has a diameter of 125 mm and abrasive grit K80, suitable for medium material removal and surface preparation. Discs feature Velcro (hook-and-loop) backing for quick mounting and replacement and a semi-open aluminium-oxide coating to reduce clogging during sanding. The pack contains five lightweight discs, each intended for shaping, leveling and preparing wood prior to finishing.

How to use

Attach a disc to the sander's Velcro pad, ensuring the disc is centered and securely fixed. Start sanding with light to moderate pressure, moving the sander evenly across the surface to avoid gouging. For heavy stock removal, progress with steady, overlapping passes; for surface preparation, maintain consistent motion until the desired flatness or smoothness is achieved. Replace the disc when abrasive performance diminishes or when visual clogging reduces cutting efficiency.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection) and ensure adequate dust extraction when sanding. Test on a small area to confirm grit suitability for the wood type and finish. For a finer finish after using K80, follow with higher-grit discs as required.
