GRAPHITE 55H937 sanding discs are a pack of five abrasive discs designed for use with rotary and multi-tools. Each disc measures 125 mm in diameter and features a K120 grit semi-open aluminium oxide coating on E-paper backing. The discs attach by Velcro (hook-and-loop) for quick replacement and are intended for mechanical sanding of wooden surfaces, paint and varnish removal, shaping and finishing of edges and profiles.

How to use

Select a compatible rotary, orbital or eccentric sander with a 125 mm pad and Velcro-compatible backing. Firmly attach a disc by pressing the abrasive face onto the tool’s hook-and-loop pad. Start sanding at low speed to check material response, then increase speed as needed. Keep the tool moving to avoid overheating or creating grooves, and use light to moderate pressure to allow the abrasive to work effectively. Replace worn discs promptly to maintain consistent finish quality.

Usage recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection. For best results on painted or varnished surfaces, begin with coarser grit and progress to finer grits before final finishing. Store discs flat in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve backing integrity and abrasive performance.
