Jigsaw/Scroll Saw/Reciprocating Saw Blade GRAPHITE 56H045 — 1 pc
Replacement saw blade from GRAPHITE compatible with jigsaws, scroll saws and reciprocating saws. This single-piece HCS blade is intended for cutting wood, plywood, MDF and PVC within the specified thickness ranges. The blade is 150 x 19 x 1.25 mm with a tooth pitch of 6 TPI (4/6 TPI referenced) and is supplied as one unit for repair or maintenance tasks; check your machine’s blade mount and compatibility before use.
The high carbon steel (HCS) construction provides flexibility and durability for general woodworking applications. The blade geometry supports both straight and curved or plunged cuts, enabling quick and relatively clean cutting performance. Its dimensions and tooth pitch are selected to balance cut speed and finish when working with solid wood, plywood, MDF and PVC.
Install the blade according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the blade is correctly oriented and securely fastened in the jigsaw, scroll saw or reciprocating saw. Select a suitable cutting speed and feed rate for the workpiece material and thickness. For best results, clamp the workpiece to prevent movement and use steady, controlled passes. Allow the blade to cut without forcing; back the blade out of deep plunges periodically to clear waste and avoid overheating.
Verify compatibility with your tool’s blade mount before use. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection and gloves) and follow safety instructions of the saw. For cleaner edges on plywood and MDF, consider using a sacrificial backing board and appropriate cutting speed.
