Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H500 PH1 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H500 PH1 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" drive and 25 mm working length is a compact, heavy-duty bit designed for reliable engagement with Phillips screws. Manufactured from high-quality S2 steel, the bit features a hardened working tip and an engineered torsion zone that reduces stress transfer under high torque. With a lightweight design and blister pack packaging, this 25 mm bit is suitable for use with manual screwdrivers, bit holders and impact drivers in assembly, repair and maintenance tasks.
The S2 steel construction provides increased flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, while the hardened tip ensures precise fit and reduced cam-out on Phillips heads. The integrated torsion zone absorbs peak torque, lowering the likelihood of bit breakage and extending service life. Its 1/4" drive makes it compatible with standard bit holders and most screwdriver handles, and the compact 25 mm length allows access to confined spaces.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, screwdriver handle or impact driver until it locks securely. Use the PH1 tip to engage Phillips-head screws, applying steady pressure and matching rotational speed and torque to the screw and workpiece. For impact driver use, allow the tool to deliver momentary high torque while the torsion zone helps absorb shock; for manual use, apply controlled force to avoid cam-out. After use, store the bit in its blister pack or a designated case to protect the tip from damage.
Use this PH1 bit with appropriate torque settings and test on a scrap piece if unsure. Avoid excessive lateral force and replace the bit when tip wear affects fit. For repeated high-torque impact work, periodically inspect the torsion zone and tip for signs of fatigue.
