Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H501, Phillips PH2, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H501 is a Phillips PH2 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" hex drive and a 25 mm working length. Manufactured from S2 steel with a dedicated torsion zone and a precision-machined PH2 tip, this 25 mm bit is suitable for use with manual screwdrivers, bit holders and impact drivers where reliable engagement with cross-head screws is required. The bit is lightweight and supplied in a blister pack for convenient storage and transport.
The S2 steel construction provides increased toughness and resistance to mechanical damage while the integrated torsion zone absorbs peak torque to reduce stress on the tip and body, improving breakage resistance and extending service life. The precision-shaped Phillips tip ensures accurate fit with PH2 screws, reducing cam-out and enabling stable torque transfer during fastening operations.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the GRAPHITE PH2 bit into a compatible bit holder, manual screwdriver or impact driver. Ensure the bit is fully seated and secure before applying torque. Select appropriate torque settings on powered drivers to match screw size and material; the torsion zone will help absorb sudden load peaks. Replace the bit if tip wear or deformation is visible to maintain reliable engagement and reduce risk of cam-out.
Use the bit with matching PH2 screws and appropriate torque settings. For high-torque or impact applications, verify compatibility of your driver with S2 impact-rated bits. Store the bit in its blister pack or a dedicated bit holder to protect the tip and prolong service life.
