Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H502, 1/4" drive, Phillips PH3, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H502 screwdriver bit is a 1/4" drive Phillips PH3 bit with a 25 mm working length and a lightweight 10 g build, supplied in blister packaging. Manufactured from S2 steel with a dedicated torsion zone, this PH3 bit is designed for heavier fastening tasks where higher torque and improved breakage resistance are required. The precisely machined Phillips tip ensures accurate engagement with larger Phillips screws for construction, assembly and maintenance applications.
The use of high-quality S2 steel and a torsion zone increases flexibility and mechanical resistance, reducing the risk of breakage under high torque. The short 25 mm length provides better control in confined spaces while maintaining sufficient reach for most standard fasteners. The precisely formed PH3 working tip guarantees a secure fit with corresponding screw heads, improving driving accuracy and reducing cam-out. Supplied in blister packaging for easy storage and identification.
Select the GRAPHITE 56H502 PH3 bit and insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, manual driver or cordless/impact screwdriver. Ensure the bit is fully seated and locked in the chuck or holder before applying torque. Start driving screws at low speed to ensure correct alignment with the screw head, then increase speed as required while maintaining steady pressure to avoid slipping. Replace the bit if the tip shows visible wear or rounding to maintain optimal engagement and prevent damage to screw heads.
Use the bit with tools rated for the required torque and choose an impact-rated driver for repetitive or heavy-duty fastening. Store in original blister packaging or a bit organizer to protect the tip. Avoid using a damaged or excessively worn tip to prevent cam-out and screw head damage.
