Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H503 — Pozidriv PZ1, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H503 is a Pozidriv PZ1 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" hex drive and a 25 mm overall length. Manufactured from S2 steel and supplied in a blister pack, this bit is intended for use with manual drivers, power screwdrivers and impact drivers that accept 1/4" bits. The precision-formed Pozidriv tip ensures accurate engagement with Pozidriv screws commonly used in woodworking, furniture assembly and general maintenance tasks.
The bit features a torsion zone that deforms under high torque to absorb shock and reduce stress transmitted to the working tip, improving resistance to breakage and extending service life. S2 steel construction provides increased toughness and resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. A precise machining of the PZ1 tip ensures reliable fit and reduced cam‑out during fastening operations.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder or chuck of a manual screwdriver, power screwdriver or impact driver. Select the correct Pozidriv PZ1 bit for the screw size, align the tip with the screw head and apply steady, controlled torque. For powered tools, start at low speed to ensure correct seating, then increase speed as needed while maintaining axial pressure to prevent slippage. After use, store the bit in its packaging or a bit holder to protect the tip.
Use the bit within the recommended torque range of your driver and avoid excessive side loading. The torsion zone is designed to absorb peak loads, but consistent overload may reduce service life. Inspect the tip for wear before precision tasks and replace when the profile is visibly worn to maintain secure engagement with Pozidriv screws.
