Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H504, Pozidriv PZ2, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H504 screwdriver bit is a Pozidriv PZ2 insert with a 1/4" drive and a 25 mm overall length. Manufactured from S2 steel with a torsion zone, this 25 mm Pozidriv bit is intended for use with compatible bit holders, cordless drivers and electric screwdrivers. The working tip is machined to ensure accurate engagement with Pozidriv screws commonly found in furniture assembly, joinery and general maintenance tasks. Supplied in blister packaging, the single bit weighs approximately 12 g.
The S2 steel construction provides increased flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. An integrated torsion zone absorbs peak torque during impact or heavy-duty fastening, reducing stress transfer to the tip and lowering the risk of breakage. Precisely shaped Pozidriv PZ2 tip improves drive engagement and reduces cam-out, enabling reliable screw seating and prolonged bit life under repeated use.
Insert the 1/4" drive end into a compatible bit holder or the chuck of a cordless or electric driver. Align the Pozidriv PZ2 tip with the screw head and apply steady pressure while driving to ensure correct engagement. For impact drivers, allow the driver to apply torque in short bursts to make use of the torsion zone; for non-impact drivers, maintain consistent speed and pressure to prevent stripping. Replace the bit when tip wear compromises fit or performance.
Use the bit with drivers and holders rated for the intended torque; avoid excessive side load and use the appropriate screw size and length. Store bits in a dry place to prevent corrosion and inspect the tip regularly for wear to preserve driving accuracy and safety.
