Screwdriver bit GRAPHITE 56H506 — Pozidriv PZ4, 1/4" drive, 25 mm length
GRAPHITE 56H506 is a Pozidriv PZ4 screwdriver bit with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) hex drive and a total length of 25 mm. Manufactured from high-quality S2 steel, this 25 mm bit is designed for use with powered drivers, impact drivers and manual bit holders. The product is supplied in a blister pack and weighs approximately 12 g. Its precision-machined Pozidriv tip ensures accurate engagement with PZ screws in woodworking, construction and assembly applications.
The bit features a torsion zone that absorbs peak loads and reduces transmitted torque, which increases resistance to breakage and extends service life. S2 steel construction provides enhanced flexibility and improved resistance to mechanical damage compared with standard tool steels. The working tip is machined for a secure fit in Pozidriv recesses, reducing stripping and improving drive efficiency under high torque.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into the driver chuck or manual bit holder until it locks. Select a PZ4 Pozidriv screw and align the bit with the screw head to ensure full engagement of the working tip. Apply steady pressure and operate the driver at an appropriate speed and torque setting for the material to avoid cam‑out. For impact driving, allow the driver to deliver short bursts rather than continuous high-speed rotation to benefit from the torsion zone's protective effect.
Use the bit with compatible 1/4" hex quick-change holders or impact-ready chucks. Avoid using damaged or excessively worn bits to prevent screw damage and maintain safe operation. Store in original packaging or a bit organizer to protect the tip and extend service life.
